Who We Are
A New Chapter Built on a Strong Foundation

Griffin House
For decades, Hog Hill Management Corporation has been a trusted leader in property management, development oversight, and affordable housing operations throughout New York. Founded and guided by the vision of Richard B. O’Neill, the company earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service to property owners, residents, investors, and community partners.
Today, Hog Hill Management enters an exciting new chapter under the ownership and leadership of Maura O. Burke and William J. O’Connor. Following Richard’s retirement, ownership of the company was transitioned to Maura and Bill, who bring decades of combined experience in property management, affordable housing compliance, construction, facilities management, and operational leadership.
As President and Co-Owner, Maura O. Burke has been an integral part of Hog Hill Management since 2006, serving in senior leadership roles overseeing operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, capital planning, resident services, and strategic initiatives. A licensed Real Estate Broker and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Specialist, Maura has developed strong relationships with federal, state, and local housing agencies, including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and New York State Homes and Community Renewal. Her leadership has been instrumental in the successful management and growth of the company’s affordable and supportive housing portfolio. Prior to her career in real estate, Maura held project management and product leadership roles with Fidelity Investments, where she helped support one of the industry’s first online trading platforms.
Joining her in ownership is William J. O’Connor, a highly respected construction, engineering, and facilities management professional with more than four decades of experience. Bill is the founder and President of Parish Property Management, a facilities management consulting firm serving a portfolio of more than 200 buildings. Prior to that, he served as Director of the Building Commission for the Archdiocese of New York, where he oversaw construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across thousands of properties and managed procurement programs exceeding $300 million annually. Bill holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College and brings extensive expertise in construction management, capital planning, regulatory compliance, and facility operations.
Together, Maura and Bill are committed to preserving the values that have defined Hog Hill Management while positioning the company for continued growth and innovation. Their shared focus on operational excellence, compliance, resident satisfaction, financial stewardship, and community engagement ensures that clients continue to receive the personalized service and expertise that have been the hallmark of the company for generations.
Today, Hog Hill Management proudly manages a diverse portfolio of affordable, supportive, senior, market-rate, and mixed-income communities. Through strong partnerships, experienced leadership, and an unwavering commitment to quality, the company remains dedicated to creating and maintaining housing opportunities that strengthen communities and improve lives.
