Certification Specialist
Responsible for reviewing and processing resident certifications and recertifications, verifying income and eligibility documentation, and ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and applicable state and local affordable housing regulations.
Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, financial records, and other accounting functions related to affordable housing properties.
